The Development: Pleasant View Estates is a beautiful community in Bridgton right in the heart of four seasons of recreation. We are excited to offer the next phase of lots with lots ready for sale in the Spring of 2009. Construction began on phase I in 2004 and we quickly sold the first phase of lots. These lots all have better views of Pleasant Mountain and the Shawnee Peak Ski Area than the first phase. We expect these seven new view lots to go as fast as the first phase.
The View: The development was designed by Milone & MacBroom civil engineers from Freeport, Maine. They designed the home sites to allow for maximum views of Pleasant Mountain which lies to the south of the development. Situating your home to the south will allow you to capture the most solar energy possible.
All houses built in Pleasant View Estates have to be at least 1,000 square feet of living area excluding porches and garages. Mobile homes are not allowed within Pleasant View Estates. For traditional stick built homes we prefer Seymour Construction—a construction company that is devoted to building the finest custom homes in Western Maine. If you would rather have modular construction we prefer Maine’s leading builder of high quality custom modular homes—Schiavi Homes.
Pleasant View Estate covenants are designed to protect your home’s value within the development. For example, no disabled or unregistered vehicles, junk or debris shall be kept in open view on the premises. Additionally, large animals are not allowed within the development.
